Last year I...
- Got engaged.
- Ran a 1/2 marathon (but didn't train :))
- Moved to Chattanooga.
- Started my second post-college job.
- Had 7 (7, let's count 'em!) wedding showers (yes, 7. 2 in Columbus, 2 in Chattanooga, one in Oxford, one in Atlanta, and one in Birmingham).
- Bought house #2 (first house with David, more importantly).
- Became Emily Louise Geyer.
- Re-learned how to sew and made a few fun things.
- Made awesome new friends and established a life in Chattanooga.
Goals for 2009:
- Be healthier. (running, eating less junk, taking vitamins... baby steps, ok?)
- Explore Chattanooga.
- Get involved in Calvary.
- Send birthday cards.
- Make pretty things.
- Keep in touch .
- Get a new camera.
- Talk less, listen more, love and forgive like Jesus.

i'm jealous you were able to sit down and compose these thoughts. for some reason i have a horrible memory when it comes to stuff like this. maybe i can start thinking for a fun blog this time next year! haha
