Lawson, at ONE YEAR OLD you:- went to Camp Vesper Point for a weekend! Daddy surprised Mommy with a trip to Family Camp for our birthdays. It was SO special and fun (and sweaty and dirty).
- love your loveys, music and dancing.
- clap and blow kisses, and you're so excited about doing both of them!
- crosses your ankles when you sit
- crawl with one foot and one knee when you're outside
- do a lot of standing without holding on, but no walking yet
- are basically a gymnast with as much as you climb and roll and fall. You are a NUT. You can climb across the futon at one end of the playroom, onto the coffee table, across the other futon, onto the chair and try to get the computer on the desk. It's insane to watch. You have climbed onto the kitchen counter from the high chair connected to it.
- like carrots and peas and cheese and turkey and beef and baked oatmeal and scrambled eggs and mostly everything.
- say mama, bubba and ball (bawl). You jibber jabber a lot, but don't say much.
- overall just keep us on our toes and laughing all. day. long.
- are finally getting your top teeth! It has been a brutal teething week+, but we're hanging in there.
- are SO excessively clingy. Shew.
- nurse just twice a day (morning and bedtime), and just as I think you're probably finished, you nurse forever one night! I'm in no rush for you to wean.
